Payment for full rental, delivery, and tax is due at the time of reservation. This ensures that you have a boat reserved and we have a rental booked.
For rentals on Otsego Lake, we will meet you at the Otsego Lake State Park or Otsego Lake County Park and you can leave on your boat from there. The Otsego Lake State Park is located at 7136 Old US Highway 27 South, Gaylord, MI 49735. The Otsego Lake County Park is located just off West Otsego Lake Dr at 1657 County Park Rd, Gaylord, MI 49735. We deliver boats to other locations and will put the boat in the water for you! For liability reasons, we do not allow renters to tow boats under any circumstances.
In case of weather deemed unsafe for boating (ie rain, lightning, high winds), we offer refunds or rebooking at our discretion as we want you to enjoy fun on the water and be safe!
You will receive your pontoon boat with a full tank of gas and are responsible for returning boat full of gas or you will be charged for the gas used.
No pets. No smoking. No grilling.
Boat will be rented to you in clean, working order and should be returned in same condition. Otherwise, a $125 cleaning fee will be charged and you will be responsible for the cost of any damage.
Please note that pontoon rentals over Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend have a 3-day minimum, rentals over the July 4th holiday have a 7-day minimum, and most Saturday rentals require a 2-day minimum. Deliveries outside of Otsego Lake require a 2-day minimum.
